At Grappone Automotive, we believe learning doesn’t stop when the job begins—it’s just the start of something greater. Our culture is built on continuous education, collaboration, and a drive to innovate. From immersive training programs to impactful industry events, we’re investing in a future where the trades are not only respected—but celebrated.

Building Skills That Last a Lifetime

The automotive industry evolves rapidly, and staying at the forefront requires more than just talent—it takes a commitment to lifelong learning. That’s why we encourage our technicians to keep growing through certifications, workshops, and specialized programs. Whether they’re diving into electric vehicle technology or sharpening their diagnostic skills, our team is always pushing forward.

By partnering with leading educators and industry organizations, we provide access to some of the best training resources available. This approach doesn’t just support individual careers—it creates a ripple effect that benefits our entire community. When we invest in our team, we invest in excellence.

Spotlight on Amanda at the Bring Back the Trades Summit

One of the highlights of last year was participating in the Bring Back the Trades Summit at NHTI—an incredible event held in celebration of Grappone’s 100th anniversary. Headlined by Mike Rowe, the summit brought together over 4,000 students, educators, and professionals to shine a spotlight on the value of skilled trades.

Among the inspiring voices at the summit was Amanda Grappone Osmer from Grappone Automotive Group. Amanda shared insight into the automotive industry and what it takes to thrive in the trades and why mentorship, education, and community support are key to long-term success.

Her presence on the skilled superstars panel was a powerful reminder that leadership comes in many forms. Amanda spoke with passion about the future of the industry, the importance of investing in people, and the role of employers in shaping the next generation of skilled professionals. Her message resonated deeply with students and educators alike, emphasizing that with the right guidance and opportunity, anyone can build a successful career in the trades.

A Day of Celebration, Action, and Opportunity

The summit wasn’t just inspiring—it was mobilizing. With over 54 schools represented and 80+ businesses participating in the Tradeapalooza career fair, the event served as a catalyst for connection, career discovery, and real-world impact. Scholarships totaling $105,000 were awarded to students pursuing careers in the trades—a testament to the collective commitment to education and workforce development.

From the inspiring words of Mike Rowe to the engaging panel Amanda helped lead, the summit embodied what we believe at Grappone: the trades matter, and we all have a role to play in supporting their future.

Continuing the Momentum

Events like the Bring Back the Trades Summit are just one part of our larger mission. At Grappone, we’re breaking down barriers year-round by offering scholarships, mentorships, and state-of-the-art training opportunities to our team. We’re creating pathways—not just jobs.

Amanda’s voice at the summit was an extension of our broader belief that leadership comes from within. Her story reflects the values we hold close: curiosity, commitment, and a deep belief in the power of education.
