Every morning on the way to work I hear the Amanda talking on the radio commercials for Grappone. She talks of family  values, fair dealings and how its all transparent. We came to Grappone from what I heard on those commercials,(nice job Amanda) and from a friend of mine DA and her husband also had great things to say about their purchase at Grappone as well. We bought a vehicle because of the sale person Emma and how kind and professional she was with us and also how highly she spoke of how she is treated as an employee of Grappone, I VALUE THAT IN A COMPANY.  I test drove a vehicle I liked and received a fair offer for my trade in all in the same day! So i bought the vehicle.It's important to note that I had found a better deal for the same vehicle at McFarland Ford in Exeter, (Except it was a red) but the way they did business was not what in keeping with how I would like to be treated. So I paid about $2000. more for the car I purchased at Grappone, but so far I appreciate how I was treated and how your company says it takes care of their customers. I am banking on that or I would have gotten the vehicle (red or not) at McFarland. Don't let me down! :-) (I talk to a lot of people everyday that will buy car's).  Thank you for asking why I came and Kudos to Emma what a great representative of your company!

So back in 2005 I bought a car from Grappone, had a terrible experience with them and their service department. Swore to never buy again. Fast forward to 2015, they had the car I needed for my family. I gave them another shot. Sherrill sold me the car, she was great. She follows up with me from time to time as well. Recently something went wrong with it. My husband called them because the garage we took the van to stated the dealership needed to look at it for a warranty issue. I couldn't reach Sherrill and was given to Kaitlyn in Payroll. Left her a message and she got back to us really quick. She did some digging and found there was more than the original warranty we were told about, there was a recall on the part we were having the issue with. She made sure the service department knew about it for us too. I have to say, I am always weary of dealerships but Grappone has really turned themselves around from my last experience. When we got it home, it was smoking, so my husband called. There was an issue, so they had us bring it back and gave us a loaner. Wayne was great as well.Overall, very happy with them. I would recommend using them. We are very thankful for their help.

No pressure sales. Price is set and no haggling needed. Employees don't work on just commissions. All cars are serviced at Grappone. Probably the best car buying/leasing experience I have ever had. Very well run business!!
