Driving Impact: How Our Bronco Wild Fund Event Raised Over $5,000 for Lakes Region Conservation Trust
There is nothing quite like autumn in New Hampshire, with crisp mountain air, vibrant foliage, and a local community coming together for a good cause. On September 30th, the team from Grappone Automotive gathered at Gunstock Mountain Resort in Gilford for a special day with the Bronco Wild Fund in support of the Lakes Region Conservation Trust.
Whether people stopped by for an oil change, to connect with fellow drivers, or simply to enjoy a beautiful morning in the mountains, we loved spending time with everyone who made it out. Thanks to those who joined us, we made a meaningful difference for local land preservation and supported the places that make our region so special.
The Lakes Region Conservation Trust conserves over 30,000 acres across 29 towns in New Hampshire’s Lakes Region. Its work helps sustain diverse wildlife habitats, safeguard water quality, and preserve our natural heritage while providing space for outdoor recreation and nature observation. Gathering in the mountains was a fitting reminder of why that work matters, and we’re grateful to everyone who helped support it.

Convenience That Serves a Purpose
One of the main highlights was having our Grappone Ford Mobile Service van parked right on site. Our certified technicians set up shop against the scenic mountain backdrop to perform convenient $40 oil changes on all kinds of vehicle makes and models.
Our mobile crew performed 15 oil changes throughout the morning, sending every dollar of those service fees straight to the trust for a total of $600. On top of that, Grappone Automotive Group donated $2,500 and the Bronco Wild Fund matched with another $2,500 donation. Altogether, the event raised over $5,600 to help protect the lakes, forests, and trails across our region.

Pizza, Donuts, and Community Spirit
Great local food, upbeat music, and good conversation made the event even brighter. Guests fueled up with warm cider donuts from Cider Bellies and enjoyed incredible wood fired pizza prepared right on site by the Gusto Italian Cafe food truck. If you have not visited their restaurant location in Center Harbor yet, you should definitely check it out.
We also had a live radio broadcast on site with 104.9 FM The Hawk, bringing great energy to the mountain and sharing the fun across the airwaves. Attendees spent time checking out the latest Ford Bronco lineup and signing up for a chance to win a 2026 Ford Bronco Big Bend SUV. Every entry at the event unlocked extra support toward our goal while bringing local outdoor enthusiasts together.

Driven by Purpose
This gathering captures what the Bronco Wild Fund is all about. Whenever someone buys a Ford Bronco or Bronco Sport anywhere in the country, a portion of that sale supports nonprofit organizations dedicated to protecting public lands. Teaming up with the Lakes Region Conservation Trust lets us directly care for the trails and waterways our drivers love to explore.

We want to share a big thank you to Jen Roe and her team at the Bronco Wild Fund for helping make this event happen. We also want to thank Gunstock Mountain Resort, 104.9 FM The Hawk, Gusto Italian Cafe, Cider Bellies, and every single person who showed up to support local conservation.
We are proud to stand behind the places we all call home, both on the road and out in wild New Hampshire. We cannot wait to see you at our next event!
