The Main Event MotoCompacto Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The sponsor of The Main Event MotoCompacto Giveaway (the “Contest”) is Grappone Automotive Group, P.O. Box 1200, Concord, NH 03302 (the “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, as well as their immediate family members and individuals living in the same household, are not eligible to enter.

The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

3. Agreement to the Official Rules

By entering, each contestant (“Entrant”) agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represents that they meet all eligibility requirements. Each Entrant also agrees to accept the Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Contest as final and binding.

4. Contest Period

The Contest begins at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on Sunday, September 13, 2026, and ends at 12:00 p.m. EDT on Sunday, September 13, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). All entries must be received by the end of the Contest Period to be eligible.

5. How to Enter

Entrants may enter using one of the following methods:

In Person

During the Contest Period, visit the Grappone Automotive Group booth at The Main Event on Capitol Street in downtown Concord, New Hampshire, and complete and submit an official entry form.

By Mail

Hand-print the Entrant’s full name, mailing address, telephone number, email address (if available), and date of birth on a 3-inch-by-5-inch postcard and mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage to:

Mailed entries must be received by 12:00 p.m. EDT on Sunday, September 13, 2026, to be eligible. The Entrant is responsible for allowing sufficient delivery time. No mechanically reproduced or bulk entries will be accepted.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period, regardless of entry method. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, submitted after the deadline, or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple identities or other methods may result in disqualification.

No purchase or payment is required to enter. The Main Event is free to attend.

6. Prize

One (1) winner (“Winner”) will receive one (1) Honda MotoCompacto electric scooter. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $995.

The prize is nontransferable. No cash alternative or prize substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other expenses associated with accepting or using the prize are the Winner’s sole responsibility.

7. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted under the Sponsor’s supervision on or about Monday, September 14, 2026.

The potential Winner will be notified by telephone or email on or before Friday, September 18, 2026. The Sponsor is not responsible for a potential Winner’s failure to receive a notification because of spam or junk-email settings, incorrect contact information, or otherwise nonfunctioning contact information.

If the potential Winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, fails to respond and claim the prize within three (3) days after the notification is sent, or fails to return any required declaration or release by the stated deadline, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential Winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

The potential Winner must comply with all terms of these Official Rules before being confirmed as the Winner. Any violation of these Official Rules may result in disqualification at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the Winner’s permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and statements about the Contest for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without additional compensation, notice, review, or consent.

10. General Terms and Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest if fraud, unauthorized intervention, technical failure, severe weather, cancellation or modification of The Main Event, or another cause beyond the Sponsor’s control affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest. If the Contest is terminated, the Sponsor may select the Winner at random from the eligible entries received before the action was taken, if appropriate.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, acts in violation of these Official Rules, or otherwise attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest.

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, each Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the Entrant’s participation in the Contest or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where such a release is prohibited by law.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, damaged, or illegible entries or for technical, telephone, email, printing, typographical, human, or other errors associated with the Contest or the processing of entries.

12. Disputes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Contest and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Contest that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually, without resort to a class action, by a court of competent jurisdiction located in New Hampshire.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, each Entrant waives the right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than the Entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses associated with entering the Contest.

13. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with an entry is subject to the Grappone Automotive Group Privacy Policy, available at https://www.grappone.com/privacy-policy/.

14. Winner’s Name and Copy of the Official Rules

To request the Winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail a stamped, self-addressed envelope to:
