Contest Rules
GRAPPONE AUTOMOTIVE GROUP SWEEPSTAKES – OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility
The Grappone Automotive Group Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees of Grappone Ford, Grappone Honda, Grappone Mazda, and Grappone Automotive Group, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Sponsor
This Sweepstakes is conducted by Grappone Ford, Grappone Honda, and Grappone Mazda (each, a “Participating Location” and collectively, the “Sponsor”).

3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on May 22 and ends at the close of business on May 25 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Entries received outside of the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
There are two (2) methods of entry:
- In-Person Entry:
Visit any one (1) Participating Location (Grappone Ford, Grappone Honda, or Grappone Mazda) on May 22, May 23, or May 25 during normal business hours and complete an entry form. - Mail-In Entry (Alternative Method of Entry):
To enter without visiting, hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address (if available) on a 3” x 5” postcard and mail it to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than May 25 and received within a reasonable time thereafter to be eligible.
Entry Limit
Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry.
Entries are limited to one (1) total entry per individual across all Participating Locations, including Grappone Ford, Grappone Honda, and Grappone Mazda. Entry at more than one location is not permitted.
By entering at a Participating Location, entrant acknowledges that they may not enter at any other Participating Location during the Sweepstakes Period.
Any individual who attempts to enter at multiple locations or submits multiple entries using different identities, email addresses, or other methods may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to void duplicate or suspected duplicate entries across all locations.
5. Prizes
Each Participating Location will conduct a separate random drawing and award its own prizes. Entrants will only be eligible for prizes at the location where they submitted their entry.
Grappone Ford Prizes:
- First Prize: MotoCompacto Electric Scooter (Approximate Retail Value: $995)
- Second Prize: JBL Speaker (Approximate Retail Value: $149.95)
- Third Prize: $150 in Grappone Gift Certificates
Grappone Honda Prizes:
- First Prize: Honda MotoCompacto (Approximate Retail Value: $995)
- Second Prize: JBL Speaker (Approximate Retail Value: $149.95)
- Third Prize: $150 in Grappone Gift Certificates
Grappone Mazda Prizes:
- First Prize: MotoCompacto Electric Scooter (Approximate Retail Value: $995)
- Second Prize: Customized Cornhole Boards (Approximate Retail Value: $200)
- Third Prize: $150 in Grappone Gift Certificates
Prizes may be transferred or gifted by the winner to another individual, but may not be redeemed for cash. No substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable.
All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received at each Participating Location.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
A random drawing will be conducted on or about May 26 at each Participating Location from all eligible entries received at that location.
Winners will be selected in the following order at each location:
- First Prize
- Second Prize
- Third Prize
Potential winners will be notified by telephone and/or email on or before May 30.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within three (3) days of notification, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
8. Prize Conditions
Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, without further compensation or notice, except where prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.
10. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries
- Technical failures of any kind
- Unauthorized human intervention
- Errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes
11. Disputes
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire.
