The Position:
Grappone Mazda is looking for a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Automotive Technician to join our growing Service Team.
This is an hourly position and an excellent opportunity to build your automotive career in a modern dealership environment. We are looking for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, takes pride in their work, and enjoys working as part of a team. We offer a competitive compensation package for the right candidate. Starting pay range: $17-23 depending on experience level.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
* Perform basic maintenance, inspections, tires, brakes, and repairs
* Assist experienced technicians with advanced repairs and diagnostics
* Participate in Mazda and Grappone training programs
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
* Valid driver's license and ability to be insured
* Automotive school/training or entry-level experience preferred
* NH State Inspection training required with Senior Level Technician
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
Schedule:
* Hourly position — typically 40–43 hours per week
* Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM–5:30 PM, one rotating late day assisting the Sales Department
* Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM, at least one Saturday per month

Minimum of 112 hours of paid time off within the first full year (128 hours in year three)
