Grappone Automotive Group is looking for a Honda Service Support to come join our team!

The Position:

This position is responsible for supporting our front end service team which includes scheduling appointments, service valet, guest write up, etc. while maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Hours are: Needs to be available Monday- Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm and every other Saturday from 8:00am - 1:00pm. One week Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, next week Monday - Friday (one weekday off) 8:00am - 5:30pm and Saturday 8:00am - 1:00pm.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate for this position must be outgoing, responsible, dependable, team-oriented, take pride in personal appearance, be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision and be able to communicate with a wide variety of people. Customer service is our top priority, and it needs to be yours if you would like to join our team.
