The Position:

Grappone Automotive Group is looking for a Photographer/Videographer to join our Marketing team. Responsible for visually creating the look and feel of the company through your use of photography, videography, and general design, you'll help tell the story of who we are as a company. Daily responsibilities will vary throughout the year but will include everything from aiding with social media content, producing commercials, vehicle photography, and representing the company at events. 

This role will produce, film, direct, and edit all company videos and photos and visually implement marketing strategies for the Grappone Automotive Group, including all Grappone franchises and departments. Excellent communication skills are necessary as collaboration with other team members is constant and done in a hybrid remote team structure. 

Hours: Monday–Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Some nights and weekends are required on occasion for marketing events & sale weekends.

Qualifications:

Must have a portfolio of work submitted with a résumé or employment application to be considered for the position.

• Technical proficiency in studio production, including digital cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio gear, to capture images and video footage.
• Expert knowledge in Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and basic knowledge of other Adobe CC programs.
• Edits images and video footage to create finished products that are visually appealing and meet the brand standards outlined in the department strategy guide.
• Deadline oriented
• Understanding of file optimization for various marketing channels. (Web, print, mobile devices, email, social media, OTT, etc.)
• Experience with project management software a plus! 
• Knowledgeable in marketing terminology and able to articulate how their work accomplishes strategic campaign goals.
• Ability to effectively give and receive constructive feedback.
• A pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check are required of this position.
