The Position:

Join Our Team as an Automobile Title Specialist!

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for the automotive industry? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where every day presents new challenges and opportunities? If so, we have an exciting role for you!

The job duties include, but not limited to: research, track and receive all missing pre-owned vehicle titles. Prepare and manage paperwork for our weekly wholesale used car auction. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of auction paperwork. Collect funds associated with auction sales and reconcile transactions. Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and auction participants. Utilize computer systems and software to manage title documentation efficiently. 

Hours are Monday-Friday: 8am- 5pm

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail 
• Excellent time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks effectively
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in computer applications and software relevant to title processing
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure
