The Position:

Grappone Automotive Group is looking for a Honda Appointment Coordinator to come join our team! This position is responsible for scheduling service appointments for our guests while maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate for this position must be outgoing, responsible, dependable, team-oriented, take pride in personal appearance, be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision and be able to communicate with a wide variety of people. Customer service is our top priority, and it needs to be yours if you would like to join our team.

Hours are: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:30pm. Two Saturdays a month are required. The week a Saturday is worked the hours are Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm for four weekdays, and Saturday 8:00am - 1:00pm.
