The Position:
Grappone Automotive Group is looking for a full-time Greeter/Valet to join our team!
Greets and checks in guests in designated “outside” service area and directs them to a service advisor. Performs vehicle service walk arounds when service advisors are unavailable. Retrieves guest vehicles for redelivery. Oversees loaner vehicles (vehicle check in, vehicle check out, fueling, cleaning and maintenance). Moves vehicles to keep service area clear for guests.
Hours are Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm (Full-Time)
Hours are Monday - Friday 7:30am - 11:00am (Part-Time)
Qualifications:
No prior experience, training provided. Are you a people person with a flair for delivering exceptional customer experiences? Come be part of our vibrant and energetic team. Greet and check in our guests in the Service Drive and direct them to the appropriate Service Advisors. Perform vehicle service walk arounds when Service Advisors are unavailable. Efficiently park and retrieve customer vehicles with care, ensuring every vehicle is handled with the utmost respect and attention to detail. Keep the service drive clear, clean and organized. Oversee the loaner vehicles (vehicle check in, vehicle check out, fueling, cleaning and maintenance). Perform guest courtesy pick up and delivery upon request. A valid and clean drivers license is required. The ability to obtain a DOT medical card is a must. A pre-employment drug screening, physical, and criminal background check are also required.
