Grappone Collision Center, operated by the third and fourth generations of the Grappone family, has been servicing the Concord area since 1978 when it was housed in our Ford store. In 2001 we moved our operations down the street to the area next to Toyota. The move allowed us to expand in size and, more importantly, to improve the quality of the equipment we use when repairing vehicles of all makes and models. We specialize in the repair of Ford, Honda, Hyundai, Mazda, Scion and Toyota products. Whether it's simple dent repair or computerized color matching to ensure a seamless finish, we are prepared to meet all your auto body needs. We even have a "rapid repair line" to speed up those jobs involving minor bumps and bruises. We have immediate access to nearly $2 million of genuine factory parts for those lines we carry. We are proud of our excellent customer satisfaction ratings; stop in for a free estimate and experience our commitment to excellence. You'll find us at the end of Interstate 89 on Route 3A, next to Grappone Toyota.
AAA Certified
Since 2004 the Grappone Collision Center has been able to reach NH's AAA customer base by becoming AAA Certified. What does this mean? We were subjected to a rigorous review to make sure that we have a history of satisfied customers. Simply put, AAA doesn't want to recommend anyone to a place of business that doesn't take care of its customers. Not only did we pass with flying colors, we were complimented for the sheer volume of customers who really love doing business with us. More than 1,000 Grappone Collision and Service customers were included in the survey; over 90% of these highly recommended us! Our equipment and facilities also had to meet a higher-than-normal standard to hang the AAA sign outside. We are recertified annually and have just heard that we've passed again this year (Please note that the Certification does not involve any discounts for members.)
State-of-the-art Repair Facility
Did you know that Grappone Collision Center invested nearly $500,000 in state-of-the art equipment when we moved to our new location? We now have three downdraft booths, two of which are brand new and are equipped with air-supplied respirators and air accelerators to speed the "baking" or drying process. These booths are more environmentally friendly, more efficient, and provide a cleaner environment in which to put the finishing touches on our work. The Grappone Collision Center also uses top of the line paint and finishing materials for a more professional finished product. You can expect an impressive end result every time.
